No. We work closely with our long-time print partners who specialise in printing of financial reports and marketing collaterals in Singapore, Hong Kong and the APAC region.
We understand the urgency and accuracy required, and that’s why we constantly strive to provide quick and timely turnaround. For major amendments, we will send back the revised versions within 24 hours, and within 2 hours for minor amendments during working hours, from 9.00am to 6.00pm. For new typeset, we will send it within 1 to 2 working days depending on the number of pages/documents. You can always check with our friendly managers/executives.
Yes. However, it is subjected to the availability of the rooms at the time of booking. You need to notify us the number of pax at least 2 weeks in advance prior to the proofreading date so that we can reserve the suitable room for your team. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we ensure that safety management measures are in place and our employees’ and visitors’ health is safeguarded.
No. Our working hours are from Mondays to Fridays between 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. However, we can make special arrangements for clients who request for work to be done during weekends and/or public holidays. Additional charges may apply.
Yes. Upon request, we can prepare and send the digital colour-proof for approval 1 or 2 days prior bulk printing. (1 set of digital colour-proof including cover and editorial section is free of charge).
