Client Services Executive (Creative Agency)
Responsibilities
- Act as the main day-to-day contact for assigned clients to manage their marketing collateral and publications
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, and expectations
- Manage client feedback and ensure clear communication with internal teams
- Prepare and manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables
- Proofread materials and track progress efficiently to ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables
- Maintain proper documentation, email records, and project files
- Contribute ideas to drive content updates and build stronger branding and digital presence s
- Support Account Manager / Director on project planning and reporting
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, or related fieldss
- At least 1 year of experience in an advertising, creative, or marketing agencys
- Strong organisation, writing, and follow-up skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills and can work in a team and also work well independently
- Good organisational and time-management skillsn
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities
- Work involves Print Media, Digital Communications, Website Development and Email Marketing
- Working with the Team to establish appropriate creative direction
- Increase efficiency throughout the design team workflow
- Communicate with and manage both internal and external stakeholders
- Suggest, develop and implement projects from end to end
Requirements
- 3+ year of experience in a creative agency or publisher.
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or other related fields
- Strong skills with design software such as Adobe creative (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator etc). Will be plus if knowledge of photography and videography
- An understanding of creative design and layout especially in publications
- Time management & strong project management skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively follow up and communicate with all levels of the organisation
- The confidence to communicate your ideas and sell them to peers
- The willingness to work to tight deadlines in high-pressured environments without compromising on work quality
- A track record of inventive and compelling design work especially in print media
- Highly Motivated & Self-Starter
